I have an mp player that I got a couple years ago, but I was wondering if it would be worth upgrading to an ipod.

Im a big fan of the interface of the iPod because its so intuitive. You dont even really have to read the instructions to know how to operate it. What I dont like about the iPod is the battery life, at least on the one with video playback. Plus it doesnt take long for the battery to stop holding a sufficient charge, roughly two years if you use it regularly. But if youre using it mainly to listen to music and you dont plan on watching a lot of video, its a nice gadget. Id recommend getting the iPod Nano or iPod Shuffle though, unless you absolutely need to have a , or , song selection when youre on the go. The batteries on those two models last substantially longer than the battery on the iPod.

im thinking about getting an iPod nano for working out at the gym, i heard they are pretty good and i dont want to spend like for a reg. iPod...is the nano good quality and is it good to use during working out and stuff???

I find i dont use my current ipod as it is difficult carrying both a phone and ipod around. I was curious about iphones or something similar that has the features of a phone but is also suited to storing and playing music like and ipod.

The iPhone is Definitely worth it!brbrI got a G when it first came out and I absolutely love it!brDepending on how much music you have, however, you may not want to opt for an iPhone. The iPhone has different sized harddrives Gb, Gb, and Gb, the reason for this is because their using quotFlash Drivesquot in stead of rotating solid state drives or standard harddrives. The thing about the iphone is you not only have to pay your monthly phone bill depends on what type of plan you have but you have to pay a monthly access fee to use the internet on the iphone. it is required you pay this monthly fee. This charge includes everything for the internet service. So weather you go in the internet time a month or times a month you will be charged for the internet plus your phone bill. The apps are really great i have to say. The apps are free there might be one or two you have to pay for dont quote me on that one i am not sure i really think the iphone is worth it if you have the money for it and are the type of person that would use their phone and not just for talking but are on the go and dont want to carry a laptop every where. The iphone is everything you can do on a laptop. holds many songs, has gyroscope. The bad thing about the iphone well i have had it since it came out and i cant say anything bad about it. If you are the type of person who will use it a lot i suggest getting the warranty or insurance or whatever its called that way if you drop it or something happens to it that it stops working you can get a new iphone at no charge. i actually work for atampt, and most of our managers have the iPhone , to be honest i think its overrated, unless you actually NEED the applications, most ppl dont need it at all. if you only using it to text and call ppl then please dont shell out the to buy it. if you just looking for PHONE, get the lg Vu or the Eternity.
